Coen Moncelet

Coming from a long line of river locals who have been in the area for generations (be it Oyster farming / or running local eateries), Coen has lived & worked on the Lower Hawkesbury River and Central Coast his entire life. Coen spent his early career in local and community services, specialising in disability and community care. Relatively new to Real Estate, Coen now brings his savvy and empathetic nature to the table in order to negotiate win-win outcomes.
Armed with local knowledge, and a fierce passion for the Hawkesbury, Coen loves to showcase the region and will be only too happy to help you make the most of it too. You will often find him exploring the beautiful waterways on days off (make sure to ask him where the fish are biting)!! 
As a father of a young family, Coen knows the importance of transparency and honesty in decision making.
